We provide shipment booking, transportation, tracking, and delivery services. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sender and receiver details, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and shipment information. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.
Customers must not ship illegal, hazardous, explosive, flammable, counterfeit, or prohibited items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments that violate applicable laws or our internal policies.
Shipment tracking information is provided for customer convenience. While we strive to keep tracking information accurate and up to date, temporary delays in status updates may occur.
Our delivery personnel may attempt delivery more than once where applicable. If the receiver is unavailable or the delivery address is incorrect, additional delivery attempts or return charges may apply.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by natural disasters, strikes, government actions, incorrect shipment information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipment cancellation requests may only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched. Once the shipment is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Odisha, India.
